我厂JS 7—A时间继电器基座盖零件(如图1)的冲制,一直采用先冲孔落料,后压印压弯两付模具完成。由于采用先冲孔落料,后压印压弯的冲制方法,尺寸26±0.1无法保证。两3.2腰形孔由于压弯拉力作用,向外侧位移达0.5MM~0.7MM左右。直接影响工件质量。最近,我们分析了该零件的尺寸、结构特点,因为该零件上部凸出部分长度尺寸14MM,宽度尺寸19MM,两圆角R3与下四形部分尺寸完全一致。因此完全可以采用无废边落料方法。另外,要保证压弯后26±0.1尺寸,就必须先进行压弯,后再落料。根据这一想法,我们改进了该零
