复习House耳科诊所1963年～1990年22例耳手术后面神经损伤的病人,男16(73％),女6(27％),平均年龄37.3岁(4～67岁)。右耳9例,左耳13例。本组面神经损伤最常见于乳突切除术和/无鼓室成型术(57％),大多数乳突手术采用切除耳道壁开放乳突腔或乳突根治术,其中部分病人有乳突手术史,2例乳突切除为耳内径路。1例曾作面神经移植9个月仍未恢复,3例(14％)经耳道切除外生骨疣,3例(14％)鼓室成型术时损伤面神经。8例存在胆脂瘤,妨碍面神经
