对医疗单位的消毒效果监测,是督促、指导、控制院内感染的重要手段.我们在监测工作中,把隐血试验应用于反复循环使用的消毒或灭菌后器械的检测,来判断其消毒前的清洗情况.结果表明,隐血试验对判定接触血液或创面而又反复循环使用的医疗器械的前期清洁程度,具有重要的实用意义,其方法简便,不受条件限制,在基层医疗单位的自我监测和监督部门的监测工作中都很实用.现报告如下.
