目的:观察参附益心颗粒对慢性心力衰竭大鼠的作用。方法:随机将150只雄性SD大鼠分为造模组130只,假手术组20只。造模组结扎左冠状动脉前降支,假手术组手术方法同上,仅在冠状动脉前降支下穿线不结扎。造模8周后,经超声测定大鼠左室射血分数%(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)<50%者随机分为5组(模型组、卡托普利组、氯沙坦组、参附益心颗粒(5.475,21.9 g.kg-1.d-1)2个剂量组),每组10只,另选假手术组大鼠10只。假手术组及模型组以纯净水ig,药物干预组将药物溶于纯净水中ig给药,每天1次,4周后查LVEF、称重,采血检测指标心钠素(atrial natriuretic peptide,ANP)、脑钠素(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)。结果:21.9 g.kg-1.d-1参附益心颗粒有明显改善LVEF作用、降低左室重量指数(leftventricular mass index,LVMI)、血清ANP值;参附益心颗粒低高2个剂量组均可显著降低血清BNP值。结论:参附益心颗粒具有明显的抗心力衰竭作用,可能具有干预心室重塑的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenfu Yixin Granule on chronic heart failure rats. Methods: 150 male SD rats were randomly divided into modeling group 130, sham group 20. Ligation of the anterior descending branch of the left anterior descending artery was performed in the model group. The surgical method in the sham operation group was the same as above, and the ligament was not ligated only in the anterior descending coronary artery. After 8 weeks of modeling, rats with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) <50% were randomly divided into 5 groups (model group, captopril group, losartan group, Two groups (2 groups) of Xixinxin granule (5.475, 21.9 g.kg-1.d-1) were given in each group, 10 rats in each group and 10 rats in sham operation group. The sham-operation group and model group were treated with pure water ig. The drug-intervention group was dissolved in pure water and administered once a day for 4 weeks. LVEF was measured and weighed. Blood atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) , Brain natriuretic peptide (BNP). Results: 21.9 g.kg-1.d-1 Shenxianxin Granule could obviously improve LVEF, lower left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and serum ANP; Group can significantly lower serum BNP value. Conclusion: Shen Fu Yi Xin Granule has obvious anti-heart failure effect, may have the intervention of ventricular remodeling.
