1. 前言渗碳用的热处理气氛通常是空气和碳氢气体混合物于装有催化剂的吸热气体发生器中分解的产物。本文提出的气氛制备新方法促进了热处理的实际进程。这种新技术的研究成果,不仅节能和降低成本;并且保证质量,获得最佳盈利。测量和控制方法发生了巨大变化。用氧探头测量碳势是一种最新技术,可用于控制由天然气和空气混合物在炉内直接分解形成的渗碳气氛。
1. INTRODUCTION The heat treatment atmosphere for carburizing is usually the product of the decomposition of air and hydrocarbon mixtures in a catalyst-laden, endothermic gas generator. The new method of atmosphere preparation proposed in this paper promotes the actual process of heat treatment. The research results of this new technology, not only save energy and reduce costs; and ensure the quality and get the best profit. The measurement and control methods have changed dramatically. Measuring carbon potential with an oxygen probe is the latest technology that can be used to control the carburizing atmosphere formed by the direct decomposition of natural gas and air mixtures in a furnace.
