社会工作专业的实质是一种道德实践活动,其区别于一般专业最重要的原因是意识形态的介入和具体实践过程中的价值道德再判断和伦理的选择。也正是这一原因使得该门课程在实践式教学过程中有着非同一般的成效,但同时也突显出学生在课程接纳过程中的伦理困境和价值观的冲突问题,部分学生可以进行自我部分的纠正,而部分学生则呈现出不同程度的抵触与隐藏。本文通过对该部分学生的分析来试图对这一问题进行初步探讨,希望可以引起大家对社会工作者职业化生涯中的伦理困境的关注。
The essence of the social work major is a kind of moral practice. The most important reason that distinguishes it from the general majors is the intervention of ideology and the re-judgment of moral value and the choice of ethics in the concrete practice. It is also for this reason that this course has a remarkable effect in the process of practical teaching. However, it also highlights the conflicts between students’ ethical dilemmas and values in the process of curriculum acceptance. Some students can carry out self-part Corrected, while some students showed varying degrees of conflict and hiding. This article attempts to make an initial exploration of this issue through the analysis of this part of students, hoping to arouse people’s attention to the ethical dilemma in the professional career of social workers.
