多年以来,占纺织服装行业绝大多数的中小企业一直受制于融资难问题。无论是正常的生产经营,还是扩大规模、改造升级,资金的缺乏都让纺织服装企业举步维艰。为了应对全球性金融危机对我国经济造成的影响,11月19日国务院召开常务会议,出台了关于促进轻纺工业健康发展的6项措施。这6项措施迅即被业界称为“国六条”。其中,第2条、第5条分别从政府财政和信贷资金两个方面,强调解决中小企业融资难的问题。政策的力量是巨大的。如此强有力的政策会给纺织服装企业带来哪些利好?中小企业逾越“融资”这道坎的希望是如何体现的呢?
Over the years, the vast majority of SMEs, which make up the textile and apparel industry, have been subject to financing difficulties. Whether it is normal production and management, or expand the scale, transformation and upgrading, the lack of funds for textile and garment enterprises difficult. In response to the global financial crisis on China’s economy, the State Council held a standing meeting on November 19, promulgating six measures to promote the healthy development of the textile and textile industry. These six measures are immediately known as the industry “six”.
