子宫内膜蜕膜化是成功妊娠的重要环节。蜕膜化可参与获得子宫内膜容受性。研究发现,早期胚胎着床失败与子宫内膜蜕膜化受损有关。蜕膜化涉及子宫内膜间质细胞细胞骨架重塑,包括中间纤维丝、微丝和微管等各种骨架成分的变化,以及相关骨架结合蛋白对骨架动态变化的影响。就蜕膜化过程中的细胞骨架成分具体变化、性激素对蜕膜化细胞骨架调节以及细胞骨架变化对蜕膜化的自身调节进行综述。
Endometrial decidualization is an important part of successful pregnancy. Decidualization can be involved in obtaining endometrial receptivity. The study found that early embryo implantation failure and impaired endometrial decidualization. Decidualization involves changes in cytoskeletal remodeling of the endometrial stromal cells, including various skeletal components such as intermediate filaments, microfilaments and microtubules, as well as the effects of the relevant skeletal-binding proteins on the dynamic changes of the skeletal structure. The specific changes of the cytoskeleton components in the process of decidualization, the regulation of decidual cytoskeleton by sex hormones and the self-regulation of decidualization by cytoskeleton are reviewed.
