近年来,鼻内镜技术的成熟促进了鼻眼相关外科学的发展。自Orcutt等〔1〕首次报道经鼻内镜鼻腔泪囊开放术治疗慢性泪囊炎以来,鼻内镜下利用电钻、激光、微波等先进设备治疗慢性泪囊炎已有文献报道〔2~4〕。1996年以来我院耳鼻咽喉科与眼科合作,应用鼻内镜下开放筛漏斗中鼻道泪囊 In recent years, the maturation of nasal endoscopy has contributed to the development of nasal-ocular surgery.
