目的分析采用预见性护理措施,对下肢多发骨折患者深静脉血栓发生率,以及康复效果的影响。方法选择本院下肢多发骨折患者120例,分成两组,一组观察组60例,使用预见性护理措施,另外一组为对照组,60例患者,使用常规护理措施。对两组患者的深静脉血栓的发生率,以及康复效果进行对比,比较两种护理措施的效果和对患者康复的影响。结果 120例下肢多发骨折患者中,观察组采用预见性护理措施,只有1例患者发生深静脉血栓,对照组出现18例深静脉血栓,观察组住院的时间比对照组患者的住院时间短,康复效果比对照组有明显的改善,两组对比有明显的差异,P<0.05,数据差异具有统计学意义。结论对下肢多发骨折患者采用预见性护理措施,能够有效降低患者深静脉血栓的发生率,有利于患者的康复。
Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing intervention on the incidence of deep venous thrombosis and rehabilitation in patients with multiple fractures of lower extremity. Methods A total of 120 patients with multiple fractures of the lower extremity in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups, one group with 60 observation groups and the other group with control group and 60 patients with conventional nursing measures. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis and the effect of rehabilitation were compared between the two groups, and the effects of the two kinds of nursing measures and their effects on the rehabilitation of the patients were compared. Results Among the 120 patients with multiple fractures of the lower extremities, the prospective nursing measures were used in the observation group. Only 1 patient had deep vein thrombosis, 18 patients had deep venous thrombosis in the control group, the hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, The effect was significantly improved than the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The predictive nursing measures for patients with multiple fractures of the lower extremities can effectively reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in patients and benefit the rehabilitation of patients.
