《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》明确提出要“建立继续教育学分累积和转换制度,实现不同类型学习成果的互认与衔接”的政策,为实现成人高等教育学习成果互认的目标,解决成人高等教育存在的问题,本文从教育质量互信、教育资源互享、学习成果互认与互换、办学水平互评、办学效益互利等六个主要方面阐述了成人高等教育发展的未来走向,以期为进一步提高人才培养质量提供参考。
