On May 5th of the Chinese lunar calendar, thepeople of China will spend the Dragon Boat Festival(or the Duanwu Day in Chinese). According to theChinese tradition, when the Dragon Boat Festivalcomes, the people of China will make the dragon-boat match, eat Zongzi (pyramid-shaped dumplingmade of glutinous rice wrapped in bamboo or reedleaves which are eaten during the Dragon BoatFestival on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month),drink yellow wine, put up scent bag, and hang theargy wormwood and calamus.About the dragon boat festival, there are somesayings but the main reason may be the religion.After a long time, the original motif fades away, andonly the festival becomes the tradition of the Chinesepeople. It can be said that the Chinese people arewilling to spend the Dragon Boat Festival.
