由于近年来人们消费水平增长迅速,消费品购买力增强,企业经济水平提高,企业对于人才要求准则更为严格,有技术的人才更加能够得到企业的认可。因此,为进一步迎合企业对应用型人才的需求,高校应在学校发展方向以及教学改革方面多一些探讨与实践,从而能够多培养出满足社会要求的高技能人才,不仅可使得高校就业率得到提升,还能够解决企业用工难的问题。食品加工技术是有些高校的重要专业以及研究方向,可应用现代学徒制培养人才,通过学校企业联合培养进行教学,形成全新的教学模式。高校将现代学徒制应用到食品加工技术专业中,对于高校建设应用型大学以及培养应用型人才具有重要的意义。
