研究水稻营养体和籽实对重金属的吸收富集规律、镉对水稻污染的生理生物学的作用机制,筛选富镉和低吸镉的水稻基因型品种对保护生态环境和生产绿色食品都具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。介绍了水稻中重金属污染的研究进展,综述了稻田镉污染的现状、危害,水稻镉吸收积累差异以及镉对水稻生长发育的影响等方面的研究成果,并提出了今后的研究方向。
Studies on the mechanism of heavy metal absorption and enrichment in rice vegetative and seed, mechanism of cadmium on the physiological and biochemical effects of rice pollution, and screening of rice genotypes rich in cadmium and low cadmium are important for protecting the ecological environment and producing green food Theoretical significance and practical value. The research progress of heavy metal pollution in rice was introduced. The research results on the status quo and harm of cadmium pollution in paddy field, the difference of cadmium absorption and accumulation in rice and the effect of cadmium on the growth and development of rice were summarized. The future research directions were put forward.
