作者报导抗胶原D-青霉胺(β、β-dimethylcy-steine)能推迟鼠肺放射性纤维化的发生。给予鼠右半侧胸部单次照射25Gy(2500rad)后3~6个月,用药组出现的由于纤维变性所致肺泡的闭塞要比未用药组少得多。本文研究的目的则是测定与组织学改善有关的药物是否同时伴有肺功能的改善。用动脉灌注作为肺功能的指标。
The authors report that anti-collagen D-penicillamine (β, β-dimethylcy-steine) can delay the occurrence of rat lung radiation fibrosis. Rats given the right half of the chest a single irradiation 25Gy (2500rad) after 3 to 6 months, the treatment group appeared due to fibrosis due to alveolar occlusion much less than the non-medication group.
