台州地处改革开放前沿,是中国优秀创新型城市,运用政策促进创新活动走在全国前列。台州为把当地的家庭作坊式企业培育成现代企业,制定了一系列导向性政策,逐步形成了一个鼓励创新的区域政策支持体系,并以其合力形式,鼓励民间创新活动。为了进一步完善台州的区域创新政策体系,建议采取以下措施:一是出台促进区域创新活动的统领性政策,二是形成促进区域创新活动的系统性政策,三是制定促进区域创新活动的多样性政策,四是探索促进区域创新活动的交替性政策。
Located at the forefront of reform and opening up, Taizhou is an excellent and innovative city in China. It is at the forefront of using the policy of promoting innovation activities. Taizhou has formulated a series of guiding policies to cultivate local family-run enterprises into modern enterprises, and has gradually formed a regional policy support system that encourages innovation. With its cooperation, Taizhou encourages non-governmental innovation activities. In order to further improve Taizhou’s regional innovation policy system, the following measures are suggested: First, the introduction of a leading policy to promote regional innovation activities; second, a systematic policy to promote regional innovation activities; and third, a diversity policy to promote regional innovation activities Fourth, explore alternative policies that promote regional innovation.
