新技术的试验工作必须突出政治 铸铁中三元素高速分析试验总结

过去,我室测定生铁中的锰、磷是采用一般快速分析方法进行的,一名化验员同时测定两个元素,需要六十分钟才能完成。这不仅劳动强度高,更重要的是满足不了生产丰间的要求。由于分析时间过长,铁库不能及时得到分析结果进行判定,影响车辆积压,甚至造成铁块卸车,在人力上,经济上浪费很大。为了改变这种状况,去年我室去南京机械研究所学习硅锰磷高速分析。回来后结合我厂铸铁具体情况,在党委的正确领导下,经过四个多月的反复试验做出了1850个数据,分析重现度达到95%以上,准确度也能符合部颁允许公差。在分析时间上由过去六十分钟缩短为十分钟左右,基本上能满足生产的要求。但生铁中硅含量过高,准确度还不能十分理想,因此,还没有投产,我们目前正在继续进行试验,相信一定可以在不长的时间内投入生产。一年来的推广试验,使我们体会到高速分析是一种多快好省的分析方法,在时间上缩短四至五倍,同时也能大量节约药品和仪器,药品费用降低一倍,仪器费降低五倍,简化了操作手续,大大地提高了生产效率。我们深刻地体会到,推广试验的过程,是突出政治,活学活用毛泽东思想的过程,也是新、旧思想斗争的过程。只要技术人员和工人结合好,毛主席著作学得好,天大的困难,也能克服,天大的事情也能创造。 In the past, my laboratory measured the manganese in pig iron, and phosphorus was measured using a general rapid analysis method. In order to change this situation, last year my room went to Nanjing Institute of Machinery to study Si-Mn-P high-speed analysis. Coming back with the specific circumstances of our factory cast iron, under the correct leadership of the party committee, after more than four months of repeated tests made 1850 data, the analysis of the re-degree of 95% or more, the accuracy can also meet the ministerial allow tolerance. In analyzing the time from the past 60 minutes shortened to about 10 minutes, basically to meet the production requirements. However, the high content of silicon in pig iron, the accuracy is not very satisfactory, therefore, not yet put into operation, we are currently continuing the trial, I believe we can put into production in a short time. The one-year pilot trial has enabled us to realize that high-speed analysis is a much faster and more efficient method of analysis, reducing the time by four to five times, saving a great deal of drugs and equipment, reducing the cost of medicines by a factor of two, and lowering the cost of instruments by five Times, simplifying the operating procedures, greatly improving the production efficiency. We have profoundly realized that the process of promoting the experiment is a process of highlighting politics, practicing and learning from the ideas of Mao Zedong, as well as a process of struggle between new and old ideas. As long as the technicians and workers are well integrated, Chairman Mao’s works are well learned and great difficulties can be overcome and big things can be created.
