晚期产后出血是指分娩24小时后,在产褥期内发生的子宫大量出血,以产后1～2周内发病最为常见,也有延迟至产后6～8周者,是产科严重的并发症之一.现将我院5年间发生的39例晚期产后出血进行回顾性分析,报道如下.
