中枢神经系统各种急慢性疾病和损伤引起的异位心律失常比较少见。急性脑血管意外与心脏之间的关系越来越多的引起人们的注意。现将笔者所见到的两例蛛网膜下腔出血引起的心律失常报告如下:病例介绍例1:女性,48岁,患者于1983年5月10日突然头痛15分钟后晕倒,口吐白沫,小便失禁,急诊采院。82年夏天发现血压160～180/90～100mmHg。体检:T37.8℃,P56次/分BP 140/80mmHg,心律不规则,早搏呈二、三联律,无杂音,神经系统未查,余正常。
