目的 观察抗运动病药物盐酸苯环壬酯和东莨菪碱对线加速度前庭知觉的影响,以判定用此类药物防治晕机病时是否影响飞行人员的空间定向知觉。方法 分别测8名受试者服用盐酸苯环壬酯、东莨菪碱和安慰剂1h后,在不同线加速度作用下的前庭知觉。结果 服用盐酸苯环壬酯和东莨菪碱的两个试验组与安慰剂对照组之间的线加速度前庭知觉无显著差别。结论 盐酸苯环壬酯和东莨菪碱对线加速度前庭知觉无明显影响。没有发现对飞行人员空间定向能力的负面影响。
Objective To observe the effects of anti-motion drugs, phencynonate and scopolamine, on the vestibular perception of linear acceleration in order to determine whether the use of such drugs to prevent airsickness affect the spatial orientation of pilots. Methods The vestibular perception of eight subjects under different line accelerations after taking phencynonate, scopolamine and placebo for 1 h was measured. Results There was no significant difference in vestibular sensation of linear acceleration between the two experimental groups treated with phencynonate and scopolamine versus the placebo control group. Conclusion Phencynonate and scopolamine have no significant effect on the vestibular perception of linear acceleration. No negative impact on the spacecraft’s ability to be directed at the spacecraft was found.
