目的:观察导引技术在婴幼儿输液港植入术中的应用效果。方法:选择需要行造血干细胞移植的白血病患儿64例,随机分为观察组和对照组各32例;观察组采用经前臂留置针置入微导丝至锁骨下静脉透视下穿刺,并按常规方法置入输液港,对照组在透视定位穿刺行输液港植入,比较两组穿刺次数、穿刺所需时间以及植港成功率。结果:观察组穿刺(2.1±0.8)次,显著少于对照组的(4.3±0.7)次(P<0.05);观察组穿刺时间(1.5±0.6)min,显著短于对照组的(3.5±0.7)min(P<0.05);观察组置入输液港成功率100.0%,显著高于对照组的87.5%(P<0.05)。结论:采用导引技术穿刺成功率高、穿刺次数少、穿刺耗时短,值得在婴幼儿输液港植入术中推广应用。
Objective: To observe the application of guiding technique in infants port implantation. Methods: Sixty-four children with leukemia who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were randomly divided into observation group (32 cases) and control group (32 cases). The observation group was treated with micro-guide wire through the forearm indwelling needle to puncture under the subclavian vein, Methods The patients were placed in the port of transfusion and the control group was implanted in the transfusion port of fluoroscopy positioning puncture. The number of punctures, the time required for puncture and the success rate of port implantation were compared. Results: The puncture time in the observation group was (2.1 ± 0.8) times less than that in the control group (4.3 ± 0.7) times (P <0.05) 0.7) min (P <0.05). The success rate of the observation group was 100.0% in the port of transfusion, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (87.5%, P <0.05). Conclusion: Guided technique has the advantages of high success rate, less puncture and shorter puncture time. It is worth to popularize and apply in infants transfusion port implantation.
