外阴白色病变是妇科常见女阴良性疾病。多年来,进行过不少研究,至今尚无满意的治疗方法。我院1991年5～10月间,采用KS仪治疗50例,获得较好疗效,报告如下。一、材料和方法: 1.病例来源:门诊外阴白色病变50例,年龄25岁至64岁,平均47.1岁。病程最短1月,最长30年,平均为6.2年。治疗前均行局部活检,病理学检查证实:增生型营养不良21例,占42％;其中非典型轻度增生1例,占2％;硬化萎缩型营养不良11例,
Vulvar white lesions are common female vaginal gynecological diseases. Over the years, many studies have been conducted, so far there is no satisfactory treatment. Our hospital from May to October 1991, the KS instrument used in the treatment of 50 cases, get better curative effect, the report is as follows. First, the material and methods: 1. Case Source: outpatient vulvar white lesions in 50 cases, aged 25 to 64 years old, with an average of 47.1 years old. Pathological examination confirmed 21 cases of hyperplastic malnutrition (42%), 1 atypical mild hyperplasia (2%), sclerosis malnutrition (11 cases)
