Abstract Objective To identify the primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) and atypical glioblastoma by assessing the original area under curve (IAUC) and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) of dynamic enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) Tumor (GBM). Methods A retrospective analysis of 19 patients with typical GBM (less than 13% intensive lumps) and 23 patients with PCNSL was performed.
