目的:探究精益管理措施对降低呼吸科临床静脉输液给药风险的效果。方法:杭州市中医院自2014年7月开始在呼吸科临床静脉输液过程中应用精益管理措施,选取2013年7月~2014年6月收治的960例患者作为对照组,选取2014年7月~2015年6月收治的960例患者作为观察组。比较分析实施前后呼吸科临床静脉输液给药风险发生情况。结果:观察组患者给药风险发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用精益管理措施能够使得静脉输液给药流程更加科学、合理,能够有效降低输液给药过程中的风险,提高临床静脉输液给药的安全性。
Objective: To explore the effect of lean management on reducing the risk of clinical intravenous infusion in respiratory department. Methods: Since July 2014, Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine applied lean management in the clinical intravenous infusion of respiratory department. Nine hundred and sixty-six patients admitted from July 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the control group. From July 2014 to July 2014, 960 patients admitted in June 2015 as the observation group. The incidence of clinical intravenous infusion of respiratory medicine was compared before and after the implementation. Results: The incidence of dosing in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Lean management can make intravenous infusion more scientific and reasonable, which can effectively reduce the risk of infusion and improve the safety of clinical intravenous infusion.
