为了探究重组过程对天然毛竹结构的影响,采用显微镜观测、纤维体积分数计算方法,对重组材的结构特征进行了研究。探讨了含水率、压力对竹重组材压缩率的影响,并与天然竹材进行了对比。结果表明:与天然竹材相比,重组后竹材的结构变化,主要源于维管束本身以及维管束分布的改变;重组过程中,过高或者过低的含水率都会降低竹重组材的力学性能;竹材重组后,大部分区域的纤维体积分数Vy值在50%上下,但是临近髓环的纤维占比并没有实质性的改变。
In order to investigate the effect of recombination process on the structure of natural bamboo, the structural characteristics of the recombinant material were studied by microscopic observation and calculation of fiber volume fraction. The effect of water content and pressure on the compressibility of bamboo reorganization materials was discussed and compared with that of natural bamboo. The results showed that compared with natural bamboo, the structural changes of bamboo after reorganization were mainly due to the changes of vascular bundle itself and the distribution of vascular bundles. In the process of reorganization, the mechanical properties of bamboo reorganized materials were reduced when the water content was too high or too low. Bamboo reorganization, the majority of the region of the fiber volume fraction Vy value in the upper and lower 50%, but the proportion of fibers near the pulp ring and no substantial change.
