本文报道了一种盐浴不老化低温电解渗硫新工艺,并以其对细纱钢领进行了复合热处理。实际装机纺纱考察发现,低温电解渗硫可使细纱钢领的使用寿命提高3倍以上。文章指出,这是钢领表面生成了厚度为2—7μm的硫化亚铁(FeS)层,以及接触面下应力大小和状态均得以改善的结果。
This paper reports a new technology of salt bath non-aging low temperature electrolysis sulfur infiltration, and its composite heat treatment of the yarn ring. The actual installation of spinning inspection found that low temperature electrolytic sulfur infiltration can make the service life of the yarn ring increased more than 3 times. The article points out that this is the result of the formation of a ferrous sulfide (FeS) layer with a thickness of 2-7 μm on the surface of the ring and the improvement of the stress level and state under the contact surface.
