目的:了解无锡市管公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况,为卫生管理及清洗提供依据,预防和控制由集中空调污染引发的疾病。方法:按《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》,对无锡使用集中空调的41家市管公共场所(含22家宾馆、13家商场和6家医院)进行送风口空气和风管内表面积尘的采样检测,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:41家市管公共场所中全部项目均合格的有13家,合格率为31.7%,其中商场合格率最低,仅为15.4%。结论:无锡市管公共场所集中空调整体合格率较低,存在卫生隐患,应加强集中空调通风系统的卫生管理和清洗工作。
Objectives: To understand the sanitation status of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Wuxi and to provide the basis for health management and cleaning to prevent and control the diseases caused by central air conditioning pollution. Methods: According to the Hygienic Standard for Central Air-conditioning and Ventilation System in Public Places, sampling was performed on 41 air-conditioners in Wuxi (including 22 hotels, 13 shopping centers and 6 hospitals) Testing, and the results of statistical analysis. Results: Thirty-one items were qualified in all the 41 municipal management public places, with a pass rate of 31.7%, of which the lowest passing rate of shopping malls was only 15.4%. Conclusion: The overall qualified rate of centralized air conditioners in public places in Wuxi City is low, which is a potential health hazard. Health management and cleaning of centralized air-conditioning and ventilation systems should be strengthened.
