文章以浙江省高等职业院校毕业生职业发展类型为研究对象,运用列联分析、卡方检验方法研究了个体特征和家庭背景特征对其选择的职业发展类型的影响。分析显示:个体特征中,除了学生会干部经历、学校所属性质外,性别、学习成绩、所学专业均对职业发展类型有着显著性影响;家庭背景特征中,父母任何一方最高受教育水平、父母任何一方最高职业阶层、家庭年均总收入均对职业发展类型有着显著性影响。
In this paper, the occupational development types of graduates from higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province are taken as research objects. The effects of individual characteristics and family background characteristics on the types of career development of their choice are studied by the method of contingency analysis and chi-square test. The analysis shows that among the individual characteristics, except for the experience of student union cadres, the nature of the school, gender, academic record, and major, all of them have a significant influence on the type of career development. Among the family background characteristics, the highest education level of any parent, One of the highest occupation level, the average annual household income has a significant impact on the type of career development.
