本研究对某些植物感病后的过氧化物酶同工酶的变化进行了比较研究,供试植物有烟草、甘薯和枣。研究的病害有TMV、CMV、黑斑病、根腐病和丛枝病,研究结果如下:1.不同植物的过氧化物酶同工酶谱不同;2.同一植物不同品种的过氧化物酶同工酶特点不同;3.感病植株的过氧化物酶同工酶的活性比未感病植株的强;4.同一烟草品种感染TMV、CMV后的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱不同;这种差异可以反应抗病性程度的不同;5.在所研究的植物中有一种趋势,即病情越重,酶带数越多。因此,同工酶的变化可以作为发现病情和评价品种抗病性的一种手段。
In this study, we compared the changes of peroxidase isozymes in susceptible plants of some plants. The tested plants were tobacco, sweet potato and jujube. The diseases studied were TMV, CMV, black spot, root rot and broussoneurysm. The main results are as follows: 1. The peroxidase isoenzyme patterns of different plants are different; 2. The peroxidase Isoenzyme characteristics are different; 3 susceptible plants peroxidase isozyme activity than non-susceptible plants; 4 the same tobacco varieties infected with TMV, CMV peroxidase isozymes different ; This difference can reflect the different degree of disease resistance; 5. There is a trend in the plants studied, that is, the more serious the disease, the more enzyme bands. Therefore, changes in isoenzyme can be used as a means of detecting the disease and evaluating the disease resistance of the cultivars.
