1明确课改目标,构建和完善基础教育课程体系为保证课程改革试验的顺利进行,首先明确三个目的:即验证地理课程标准及试验教材的适应性和可行性;总结推广地理试验的经验与成果;提高地理教师的整体素质,满足学生发展的需要。其次抓准三个影响因素:即课程本身的科学性、合理性、可操作性;广大教师实施新课程的能力和水平;实施过程的正确指导和科学管理。再次确定四个工作重点:以加强领导、创设氛围、形成合力为保障,以提高教师素质为首要任务,以加强教育科研为先导,以满足学生发展的需要为出发点和归宿。2加强教研培训,提高教师适应课改的能力
