5244综放工作面在回采过程中,采空区浮煤氧化高温导致CO浓度超限情况,有遗煤自燃现象,为保证回采工作的顺利进行,对该工作面进行防灭火技术研究,通过灌浆、注氮、注凝胶等技术措施,并应用新型防灭火材料-史达夫防灭火剂,取得了良好的效果:通过气体采样分析发现,CO气体浓度保持在12×10~(-6),有效防止了遗煤自燃,保障了回采工作顺利安全进行。
