粤某高校二级学院——G学院积极探索创新高校学生党组织工作模式,发挥学生主体作用,成立学生党务中心,开启党建社团模式,开展学生党建工作。为研究该模式的成效,用问卷调查法调查分析党员发展工作、组织生活开展情况以及党建工作总体质量和影响因素,针对不足和建议,提出改进该模式,提高学生党建工作实效的措施,为高校党组织工作的创新提供参考。
Guangdong University College - G College actively explore innovative college student party organization mode, play the main role of students, the establishment of student party center, open the party building community model, carry out the party construction of students. In order to study the effectiveness of this model, we investigated and analyzed the development of Party members, the organization of life and the overall quality and influencing factors of Party building by means of questionnaires. According to the problems and suggestions, we put forward the measures to improve this model and enhance the effectiveness of Party building. Party organizations to provide a reference for innovation.
