针对青海气区气田易出砂;在生产过程中易形成水合物,在井筒中形成冻堵;部分气井较深,地层压力高,温度高,井口压力大,造成地面集输等级高,开发成本大的问题,利用气井垂直管流计算方法确定了节流气嘴的合理直径和最小下深。通过应用井下节流工艺,降低了气井的井筒压力,有效地制止了天然气水合物的形成,控制了井口压力的大小,满足了输气要求。;同时加工改进了控砂节流气嘴,达到了控砂的目的。
