目的 :以抗病毒胶囊为对照药物 ,考察肺炎宁颗粒剂对小鼠致死性肺炎球菌感染的死亡保护作用。方法 :选用肺炎球菌经 3次重复试验死亡率在 5 5 - 6 0 %细胞浓度腹腔注射攻击小鼠作为对照 ,并以肺炎宁颗粒剂作为保护药。结果 :以病毒唑和抗病毒胶囊为对照 ,采用鸡胚中和法和Hep 2细胞体外培养法进行抗流感病毒FM1株和合胞病毒Long株试验 ,结果肺炎宁颗粒剂的对抗二种病毒作用明显优于两种对照药物。结论 :肺炎宁颗粒在治疗剂量和低剂量对肺炎球菌感染死亡的保护率分别提高 6 0 %和 30 % ,优于对照药物。
Objective : To investigate the protective effect of pneumoconiosis granules on deadly pneumococcal infection in mice by taking antiviral capsule as a control drug. METHODS: Pneumococcus was selected and injected into the mice with intraperitoneal injection of 3-50% of cells at a concentration of 5 to 60%, as a control, and pneumoconiosis was used as a protective agent. RESULTS: Antiviral FM1 strain and syncytial virus Long strain were tested with ribavirin and antiviral capsules as controls, using chick embryo neutralization method and Hep 2 cell culture in vitro. The results showed that the effect of the pneumococcus granules against the two viruses was obvious. Better than two control drugs. Conclusion : The protective rate of pneumococcal infection at the therapeutic dose and low dose of pneumoconiosis was increased by 60% and 30%, respectively, superior to the control drug.
