为筛选可以施于烟苗根区的生物有机肥,采用盆栽试验研究了不同生物有机肥施于根区对烤烟根系形态、根系生理特性及干物质的影响。结果表明,生物有机肥施于根区,可增加烤烟根系长度、体积、直径和分枝数,提高烤烟根系活力,增加烤烟干物质量,以三饼合一生物有机肥对烤烟的促生效果最好。三饼合一生物有机肥、烟秸生物有机肥、中烟多效生物有机肥可以做基肥施于根区。凹凸棒复合微生物有机肥不能做基肥施于根区。
In order to screen the bio-organic fertilizer that can be applied in the root zone of tobacco seedlings, pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different bio-organic fertilizer on the root morphology, physiological characteristics and dry matter content of flue-cured tobacco roots. The results showed that the application of bio-organic fertilizer in the root zone could increase the root length, volume, diameter and branch number of flue-cured tobacco, increase the root activity of flue-cured tobacco and increase the dry matter content of flue-cured tobacco. it is good. Three bio-organic fertilizer cake, tobacco bio-organic fertilizer, smoke more efficient bio-organic fertilizer can be applied to the root zone of the base fertilizer. Attapulgite microbial fertilizer can not be applied to the root zone base fertilizer.
