本文对国外某工程在做单桩静载试压时,发现桩端土层与外方提供地质资料不符,要求外方重新提供勘探资料,我方重新修改桩基设计。因工期关系,第2次试桩检测方法选用了省时的小变位动测法。第1次的静测与第2次的动测,积累了试桩数据,获得校正参数。同时,对消除软土层对桩周产生的负摩擦力也做了测试,检测结果认为该措施很理想,消除率达99.28%。
In this paper, when a project abroad is doing static pressure test for a single pile, it is found that the soil layer at the end of the pile is inconsistent with the geological data provided by the foreign party, requiring the foreign party to re-provide exploration data. We have revised the design of the pile foundation. Due to the duration of the project, the second test method was selected to adopt a time-saving small displacement test method. The first static test and the second motion test accumulated test pile data and obtained calibration parameters. At the same time, tests have also been conducted to eliminate the negative friction generated by the soft soil layer around the pile. The test results show that the measure is ideal and the elimination rate is 99.28%.
