自从1963年全国电力会议上提出了开展“五好”企业竞赛以来,在全国电力生产和基本建设企业中,结合当前增产节约运动,已分别展开了“五好”竞赛,使原来先进的单位,有了进一步的提高,原来工作较差的单位,有了不同程度的进步。现在根据电力工业特点,制定了“电力工业企业‘五好’竞赛标准和评比办法(草案)”一并发给你们,并提出下列意见,请你们在党委的统一领导下,认真组织讨论和迅速施行。
