通过直接共混法制备出一种低成本、具有优良物理机械性能的AT/SBR新型复合材料。TEM和SEM分析表明大部分AT在常规机械剪切力作用下,可以剥离成纳米(100nm以下)针状纤维分散在SBR基体中,表现出较好的增强作用,改性剂的加入使这种作用更加显著。
A new AT / SBR composite with low cost and good physical and mechanical properties was prepared by direct blending method. TEM and SEM analysis showed that most of the AT under the action of conventional mechanical shear can be stripped into nanometer (100nm below) acicular fibers dispersed in the SBR matrix, showing better enhancement, the addition of modifier to this The effect is more significant.
