目的 观察微波诱导视网膜神经细胞凋亡及硒的保护作用 .方法 体外培养视网膜神经细胞 ,按微波辐照强度分为 4组辐照 1h.选 30 m W·cm- 2组为防护组 ,在培养液中加入 Na2 Se O3后辐照 .照后测培养液温度、细胞存活率 ,激光共聚焦显微镜观察细胞凋亡并进行荧光强度的定量分析 .结果 培养液温度、细胞凋亡数量及荧光强度随微波辐照强度增大而增加 .加 Na2 Se O3后辐照可使凋亡细胞数量减少 ,荧光强度减弱 .结论 微波可诱导视网膜神经细胞凋亡 ,Na2 Se O3对此有保护作用
