脑弓形体病(CTP)甚罕见,近年常见于AIDS 患者中,作者报导27例本病患者,均男性,28~59岁。26例为同性恋(其中1例可疑),1例为受血者。19例直接组织学证实(其中尸检16例,活检3例),其余8例根据临床表现、CT扫描、弓形体血清学和治疗反应而确诊。临床表现:起病多为亚急性,症状发展约1~2周以上,急性起病仅8例,其中6例为AIDS之首发症状,20例在确诊ADIS后3周~18月出现CTP症状。24例有局灶性神经征,计轻偏瘫14例,脑干或小脑征8例,癫痫4例,基底节症状2例。3例无局灶性神经征中2例有精神症状,1例头痛。17例有弥
Cerebral Toxoplasmosis (CTP) is rare and is commonly found in AIDS patients in recent years. The authors reported 27 patients with this disease, both men, aged 28 to 59 years. 26 cases were gay (1 was suspicious) and 1 was recipient. 19 cases were confirmed by direct histology (autopsy in 16 cases, biopsy in 3 cases), and the remaining 8 cases were diagnosed based on clinical manifestations, CT scan, toxoplasma serology and treatment response.
