对三球销万向联轴器空间机构进行了结构分析;应用D-H规则对各构件进行了坐标设置;应用矩阵封闭环路方程式求解出了三球销万向联轴器机构的各运动参数。在此基础上分析研究了设计该联轴器确定尺度参数时的准则、主从动轴的运动传动比、球环等元件的运动特性等。为铁路高速机车设计中应用该型联轴器提供依据。
The structure of the three-ball universal joint space was analyzed. The D-H rule was used to set the coordinates of each component. The matrix closed loop equations were used to solve the motion parameters of the three-ball universal joint mechanism. On this basis, the criteria for designing the coupling to determine the scale parameters, the kinematic transmission ratio of the main and driven shafts, the movement characteristics of the ball ring and other components are analyzed and studied. It provided the basis for the application of this type of coupling in the design of high-speed railway locomotives.
