企业文化是企业在长期的经营管理过程中形成并被企业职工普遍认同及遵循的思想观念、价值标准、思维方式和行为规则的总和,是物质文化、制度文化和精神文化的复合体,促进形成一致的认识与统一的行动,用共同目标、共同价值与信念凝聚企业全体职工的思想,实现职工思维与行动成为体现企业精神的有机统一整体。企业文化及其建设对一个企业的健康有序发展具有极其重要的意义,企业工会组织对于促进企业文化建设有着十分重要的作用。
Corporate culture is the sum of ideology, value standard, way of thinking and rules of conduct formed by the enterprise in long-term management and operation and generally accepted and followed by the enterprise staff. It is a complex of material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture, and promotes the formation of Consciously understanding and unifying actions, using the common goals, common values and beliefs to unite the thinking of all staff and workers, and realizing the thinking and action of staff and workers become the organic whole that embodies the spirit of enterprise. Corporate culture and its construction are of vital importance to the healthy and orderly development of an enterprise. The trade union organization of enterprises plays a very important role in promoting the corporate culture.
