目的观察没以子提取物(MSZ)诱导乳腺癌细胞凋亡的作用。方法人乳腺癌细胞Bcap-37经不同浓度MSZ、氟尿嘧啶(FU)作用24~48h后,通过倒置显微镜观察细胞形态的变化;经流式细胞仪检测细胞周期及凋亡率。结果在倒置显微镜下可见大量有典型凋亡特征的细胞;流式细胞仪检测直方图上出现明显的凋亡峰,并呈剂量依赖性。与FU相比作用无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论MSZ具有抑制细胞Bcap-37生长、诱导细胞凋亡的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of subtilisin (MSZ) on breast cancer cell apoptosis. Methods Human breast cancer cell line Bcap-37 was treated with different concentration of MSZ and fluorouracil (FU) for 24 ~ 48 hours. The cell morphology was observed by inverted microscope. The cell cycle and apoptosis rate were detected by flow cytometry. Results A large number of cells with typical apoptotic features were observed under an inverted microscope. Significant apoptotic peaks were observed on the flow cytometry histograms in a dose-dependent manner. Compared with FU no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion MSZ can inhibit the growth of Bcap-37 cells and induce apoptosis.
