我国理财产品自2005年发展至今,发行笔数快速增长,产品种类逐渐丰富,各家商业银行发行理财产品的竞争日趋白热化。本文从促进银行理财产品发展的角度,阐述了理财产品的发展现状,分析了我国建立银行理财产品二级市场的必要性,并探讨了建立理财产品二级市场的限定条件和可操作性分析。
Since the development of wealth management products in China since 2005, the number of issuance has been rapidly increasing, and the product variety has been gradually enriched. The competition among various commercial banks for issuing wealth management products has been intensifying. This article from the perspective of promoting the development of bank financial products, elaborated on the status quo of the development of financial products, analyzed the necessity of establishing the secondary market of bank financial products in our country, and discussed the definition and operability analysis of the secondary market for financial products.
