目的应用二维超声及M型超声探讨高尿酸血症与颈总动脉血管损害的相关性。方法选择2011年1月—2015年12月无高血压、高血糖、高血脂及吸烟史患者121例,其中高尿酸血症患者59例,观察颈总动脉118根(高尿酸血症组);无高尿酸血症患者62例,观察颈总动脉124根(正常组)。应用二维超声分别观察颈总动脉斑块数量、测量两组患者颈总动脉内中膜厚度,应用二维引导的M型超声测量颈总动脉前壁搏动幅度(搏幅)和前壁搏幅达峰时间、前壁搏幅斜率。结果高尿酸血症组观察颈总动脉118根,共发现颈总动脉粥样斑块83个(70.3%);正常组观察颈总动脉124根,共发现颈总动脉粥样斑块31个(25.0%);两组粥样斑块数与颈总动脉总数之比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高尿酸血症组与正常组颈总动脉内中膜厚度分别为(0.93±0.17)、(0.56±0.30)mm,前壁搏幅分别为(0.43±0.19)、(0.73±0.27)mm,前壁搏幅达峰时间分别为(64.5±13.3)、(64.5±14.8)ms,前壁搏幅斜率分别为(1.21±0.33)、(1.36±0.19)mm/s,两组颈总动脉内中膜厚度、血管前壁搏幅及血管前壁搏幅斜率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血管前壁搏幅达峰时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高尿酸血症与颈总动脉血管内皮损害及动脉粥样硬化有直接的相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between hyperuricemia and common carotid artery lesion by two-dimensional ultrasonography and M-mode ultrasonography. Methods A total of 121 patients with hypertension, hyperglycemia, hypercholesterolemia and smoking history from January 2011 to December 2015 were selected, including 59 patients with hyperuricemia and 118 patients with hypercarbia (hyperuricemia). 62 patients without hyperuricemia, observed 124 common carotid arteries (normal group). The number of common carotid artery plaque was observed by two-dimensional ultrasonography respectively. The intima-media thickness of common carotid artery in both groups was measured. The amplitude of anterior carotid artery (stroke amplitude) and anterior wall pumping amplitude Peak time, front wall stroke slope. Results A total of 118 common carotid arteries were observed in hyperuricemia group. 83 (70.3%) common carotid arteries were found. In the normal group, 124 common carotid arteries were observed. Total carotid atherosclerotic plaques were found in 31 25.0%). There was significant difference between the two groups in the number of atherosclerotic plaques and the total carotid artery (P <0.05). The intima-media thickness of common carotid arteries in hyperuricemia group and normal group were (0.93 ± 0.17) and (0.56 ± 0.30) mm respectively, and the anterior wall stroke amplitude was (0.43 ± 0.19) and (0.73 ± 0.27) mm respectively The wall peak amplitude peak time was (64.5 ± 13.3) and (64.5 ± 14.8) ms, and the anterior wall stroke slope was (1.21 ± 0.33) and (1.36 ± 0.19) mm / s respectively There were significant differences in the thickness of the anterior vascular wall and the amplitude of the anterior vascular wall between the two groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in peak amplitude of anterior vascular wall between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Hyperuricemia is directly related to the injury of the common carotid artery and the atherosclerosis.
