本文选用四种微生物际本,在进行物理与化学的消毒处理后,作反相间接血凝试验、DNA-P 试验及电镜检查,通过与常规培养结果的比较,阐明其与微生物活性之间的相关及其作为消毒效果评价指标的意义。实验结果表明,微生物抗原性破坏甚为困难,且与微生物本身的耐力不相关,而微生物体内聚合酶的存在与消失与微生物本身的存亡亦无同步相关,均不宜作为消毒效果的评价指标。在致死剂量的消毒处理后,电镜下可见细菌胞壁破坏,原浆外流,病毒颗粒减少与结构模糊,可望作为消毒效果评价的有效手段。
In this paper, four kinds of microbiological samples were selected for physical and chemical disinfection treatment, for indirect anti-clotting test, DNA-P test and electron microscopy, compared with the results of routine culture to clarify the relationship between microbial activity Correlation and its significance as an indicator of disinfection. The experimental results show that it is very difficult to destroy the antigenicity of the microorganism and is not related to the endurance of the microorganism itself. However, there is no correlation between the presence and disappearance of the polymerase in the microorganism and the survival of the microorganism itself, which are not suitable indicators for the evaluation of the disinfection effect. After the lethal dose disinfection, the destruction of bacterial cell wall, the outflow of pure plasma, the reduction of virus particles and the fuzzy structure were observed under the electron microscope. It is expected to be an effective method to evaluate the disinfection effect.
