石油开采中为了增加石油开采率,一般通过注水井向油田注水增加油层压力,增加油藏的驱替效果,从而提高石油开采的效率。但是随着油井开发年限的不断延长,注水井套管的工作环境也在逐渐恶化,注水井发生套管变形、套管破裂、套管错断、套管腐蚀穿孔和密封性破坏等的几率也越来越大,套损井数量呈逐年增加趋势,严重影响了油田的注水工作,降低了石油开采的效率。本文主要分析了注水井套损的原因及预防治理措施,以减少和防止注水井套管损坏现象,为油田正常的注水提供坚实的技术保障。

This paper analyzes the causes of casing damage and prevention and control measures to reduce and prevent the casing damage of injection wells and provide a solid technical support for the normal water injection.
