我厂采用高铝粉(砂)、水玻璃为制壳材料,并运用正交试验法,进行二十余次试验,基本确定面层,过渡层的最佳工艺参数。现不锈钢铸件表面光洁度已达5~6。 一、制壳工艺参数 影响铸件表面光洁度和质量的因素有:面层涂料粘度、水玻璃比重、NH_4Cl浓度、硬化时间等。 面层及过渡层涂料用水玻璃模数为3.0~3.2,比重1.26~1.34;面层涂料粘度26″~52″;NH_4Cl浓度18~22%;硬化时间,手工为20′,自动线为8′。

Stainless steel casting surface finish has reached 5 to 6.
