目的:研究苦参配方颗粒的高效液相指纹图谱,并对指标性成分氧化苦参碱、苦参碱与氧化槐果碱进行含量测定。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定苦参配方颗粒的指纹图谱,采用面积归一化法对10批苦参配方颗粒中氧化苦参碱、苦参碱与氧化槐果碱的含量进行测定。结果:10批苦参配方颗粒指纹图谱中共有峰15个,其中第7、8、11号色谱峰分别为氧化苦参碱、氧化槐果碱和苦参碱,样品相似度均>0.990;苦参碱含量为16.6~30.2mg/g,氧化苦参碱含量为50.1~79.7mg/g,氧化槐果碱含量为13.4~27.2mg/g。结论:采用高效液相色谱法研究苦参配方颗粒的指纹图谱并对3种指标性成分进行含量测定,可有效控制其质量,提高临床用药安全性。
OBJECTIVE: To study the HPLC fingerprint of Sophora flavescens formula particles, and to determine the content of oxymatrine, matrine and oxycodone in indicator substances. Methods: The HPLC fingerprint was used to determine the fingerprint of kushen formula particles. The content of oxymatrine, matrine and oxycodone in 10 batches of matrine prescription particles was determined by area normalization. Results: The fingerprints of 10 batches of matrine prescription particles had 15 peaks in total. Among them, the peaks 7,8 and 11 were oxymatrine, oxycodone and matrine, respectively. The similarity of samples was> 0.990. The content of alkali was 16.6-30.2mg / g, the content of oxymatrine was 50.1-79.7mg / g, the content of oxycinnamine was 13.4-27.2mg / g. Conclusion: The HPLC fingerprint of Sophora flavescens recipe particles and the determination of three index components can effectively control the quality and improve the safety of clinical medication.
