目的了解合肥市企业员工工作满意度状况,探讨员工工作满意度与社会支持、应对方式的关系。方法采用自制的人口统计学问卷、明尼苏达满意度问卷(MSQ短式问卷)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和简易应对方式量表(SCSQ),对合肥市5家企业332名员工进行问卷调查。采用Epi Data 3.1双录入法输入数据,使用SAS9.0软件进行统计分析。结果合肥市企业员工工作满意度中等偏上,为(3.40±0.61)分,不同学历的员工工作满意度间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);员工工作满意度与社会支持总分(r=0.51,P<0.001)、客观支持(r=0.43,P<0.001)、主观支持(r=0.44,P<0.001)、对支持的利用度(r=0.40,P<0.001)和积极应对(r=0.51,P<0.001)均呈正相关;积极应对、客观支持、主观支持是员工工作满意度的重要影响因素。结论员工工作满意度受到员工社会支持及应对方式的影响。
Objective To understand the job satisfaction status of employees in Hefei and to explore the relationship between employee job satisfaction and social support and coping styles. Methods Self-made demographic questionnaire, Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ short form), Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ) were used to survey 332 employees in 5 enterprises in Hefei . Epi Data 3.1 double input method using the input data, the use of SAS9.0 software for statistical analysis. Results The job satisfaction of enterprise employees in Hefei was moderately upper (3.40 ± 0.61) points, and there was significant difference between job satisfaction of employees with different qualifications (P <0.001). Job satisfaction and total social support scores (R = 0.44, P <0.001), objective support (r = 0.43, P <0.001) and subjective support (r = 0.44, r = 0.51, P <0.001). Positive coping, objective support and subjective support were the important influencing factors of employee job satisfaction. Conclusion Employee job satisfaction is affected by employee social support and coping style.
